Red Letter House offers sober living homes for men and women who are serious about recovery and ready to rebuild their lives.
Our first two houses are men's residences in Dilworth, Minnesota, opening July 15th, 2026. Women's housing is under construction — if you're a woman interested in a future spot, please contact us to join the waitlist.
Stepping out of inpatient treatment and needing structure to protect early recovery.
Re-entering the community after time inside and rebuilding stability from the ground up.
Coming back from a relapse and ready for the accountability of structured living.
Without safe, sober housing — and needing a home that supports recovery instead of threatening it.
We hold a clear standard because the people who live here deserve a clear-standard environment. To be eligible for residency, applicants must agree to:
Every resident agrees to remain abstinent from alcohol and non-prescribed drugs; consent to random drug and alcohol testing; disclose prescribed medications and follow medication policies; participate in a recovery program; and follow house expectations including curfew, chores, and meetings.
Relapse, violence, theft, dishonesty, or threats may result in discharge. Residency at Red Letter House is provided under a License Agreement and not a traditional landlord-tenant lease. Failure to comply with house rules, sobriety requirements, or program expectations may result in termination of residency.
We are MAT-friendly and welcome applicants with justice involvement. Sobriety, honesty, and willingness to work the program matter more to us than your past.
Resident fees generally range from $850–$900 per month depending on room placement and occupancy. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included. Weekly payment arrangements may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Rooms are shared accommodations unless otherwise specified.
